Ryan Van Ryzin founded the company in 2006. He is involved in every project, from the first visit to the last detail. As a state-certified general contractor (CGC1523872), we pull the permits, schedule every trade and handle the inspections.
Most condo buildings in Palm Beach require association approval before work starts. Many also set work hours and elevator times. We build the schedule around those rules.
An oceanfront condo in Palm Beach
This unit had blue walls, gray floors and a closed galley kitchen. We opened the kitchen to the living room and the ocean view. The new kitchen has flat white cabinets and a waterfall stone island. Light wood floors run through the unit in a herringbone pattern.
The primary bath has a freestanding tub, a glass shower with a rain head and white wave-pattern wall tile. The vanity floats off the floor under a lit mirror.
A South of Southern home in West Palm Beach
Older homes on this street are being torn down for new construction. The owners chose to keep this house and remodel it.
The floors used to be dark wood. Now light wide-plank wood floors run through the living areas and bedrooms. The primary bath used to have beige stone and a built-in tub. Now it has white finishes, a freestanding tub, a glass shower and a double vanity along two walls.
